Mastery Modules

These sessions focus on theory, context, practice, and application, as we study an ORSC tool or skill in depth, practice coaching with it, and talk about application of the tool.

Self Study

Self Study modules provide reading, review and exercises to support your work in the mentor coaching sessions which happen that week.

Group Mentor Coaching

You'll meet in groups of five with your mentor coach to listen to and discuss recordings from participant coaching sessions.

Team-Focused Mentor Coaching

These sessions focus on team coaching and involve all members of your cohort. Some serve as coaches and others play assigned roles.

Coaching Supervision

Mentor coaching focuses on the ‘doing’ of coaching, while supervision is about the ‘being.’ These sessions encourage you to consciously reflect on who you are as a systems coach.

Virtual Immersion

You'll spend three full days in the company of your cohort, as you practice team coaching using yourselves as a system.

Colleague Calls

You'll expand on the wisdom of the material and discuss practical details of coaching with your peer community. The calendar will prompt you to arrange these group sessions.

Individual Support

You'll receive personalized feedback and support as you connect with your cohort leader, mentor coaches and supervisors in the second half of the program.
