Welcome.

Our courses and programs combine the ease of a virtual platform with live training. Please take a few minutes to review this page, so you know what to expect.

Before your course begins, you will receive an email inviting you to sign into this hub. Please note your email/user name and password as you enter. Once signed in, you'll see a new screen showing your course or program. Click on the image to access your course. Note that you can always go back to the home page by clicking on the CRR Global logo at the top left of your screen. From there, use the 'My Dashboard' tab in the menu to access your course.

  • Set up your screen

On entering the course itself, you should see a list of sections in the navigation sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on each one to read and complete it. If you don’t see a sidebar, click on the three horizontal bars at the top left of the screen to reveal it.

  • Course resources

Before your course is scheduled to begin, you will receive an invitation to sign into this hub. Once you've done so, you'll find your course under 'My Dashboard' in the top navigation menu. Please work through any orientation lessons before your course begins. If you are enrolled in the ORSC series, please have the Resource Guide available during the live learning sessions. You will be referring to it often.

  • Virtual platforms

We use Zoom and Miro as our virtual learning and collaborative spaces. As so much of this skillset relies on relationship, you’ll find that your deepest learning takes place in interactions with your leaders and peers in the course room. Please watch for your invitation to register for these platforms, and add the links into your calendar. If you haven't used Zoom and Miro before, scroll down to access videos explaining how they will support your learning. Rest assured that our leaders will check in with you as the course begins to make certain you can find everything.

  • Nice to see you!

As practitioners of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), we use all of our senses in coaching systems. Keep your camera on during the course, so that we can communicate with you visually. You will need to be in a quiet space where you can focus on the course without interruptions. Be aware that we will also ask you to stand and move from time to time.

  • Attention please

We pack a great deal of information into each course, and need you to experience all of it. Please be aware that if your course provides ICF credits, you must attend the full course to receive them. For this reason, you may be required to retake it if you miss more than an hour of the live sessions. If you anticipate any issues, please feel free to contact us in advance.

  • Confidentiality

As with all professional coaching, details revealed by fellow participants are confidential. A reminder: to maintain confidentiality, no recording or screenshots should be taken without permission.

  • Coaching Homework

For ORSC courses, you will need to schedule a client pair or team for coaching before the live training begins. You can coach anyone - family, friends, a couple, business partners or colleagues - as long as they have an existing relationship. The scheduled session must be 45 minutes to an hour long.

Along with the basics on how to navigate Zoom, this video explains how we use the features to provide virtual training with the warmth and flexibility of an in-person classroom experience.

A Tour of the Zoom Space

Tips for using Zoom

We know that technology may be edge-crossing for some! The two biggest obstacles to good video and sound quality on Zoom are calling from a noisy environment and/or not meeting the platform requirements. Before your course begins, use the links below to ensure Zoom has a strong internet connection and access to your camera, microphone, and speakers.

Zoom Functionality Test: Test my setup

As so much of relationship systems coaching relies on what we see, hear and sense, we prefer that you remain visible. However, if your connection is really poor you can turn off your video camera and just use audio.
Zoom may be slow over Wi-Fi. Consider using an Ethernet connection.
If audio is poor, leave Zoom open so that you can still see the presenter’s screen. Dial in by phone and use Zoom's mute function to prevent an echo .

A visual collaboration platform

While we may not share the same physical space, we still explore our relationship to ideas and to one another with the Miro visual whiteboard.
